"The open floor plan allows for a flow of conversation and family fun," says Yergens. A rug defines the seating area where the sofa and armchairs gather around a cocktail table. An ottoman pulls up for extra seating.[ "The interior has a please touch, no fuss feel. It's comfortable for a young family or grandparents with visiting grandchildren," Yergens says.
