Kid-friendly Patio

This open-plan, four-bedroom house in Palo Alto, California, was built in 1954 by influential developer Joseph Eichler. The kid friendly patio is used for entertaining and meals. A bedroom just off the kitchen was converted into a dining room where colorful abstract painting are displayed.
