Iron-Clad Entrance
Marked by an exterior central tower and a stone-covered portico, the entrance to Salado View heightens the anticipation of
what awaits. As you pass through double 8-foot-tall mahogany doors with decorative ironwork, the brick flooring continues
inside. Interior designers David Collum, Mary Collum, and Stephanie Latham mixed bricks in hues of tan, gray, and red to achieve
a pleasing pattern on the floor. » see room

Outdoor Paradise
Who says the back porch has to be attached to the house? One Memphis family enjoys theirs, which is nestled in the heart of the back yard. Although the structure was part of the property when the family bought the home several years ago, its size and scale seem ideal for today. The screened porch section measures 8 x 12 feet; exposed beams on the inside give it an open feel. To the left, an enclosed room that's used for storing outdoor equipment takes up another eight feet. - Integrated Cabinets
