For drama, owner Guillermo designed the pergolas near the garden’s entrance as a wisteria-covered, shady tunnel to the open
and bright larger area beyond.
Guillermo has no regrets about chucking his deskbound banking career for the green world of garden design. “Now I start my
day by seeing what’s new in the garden,” he says. “It’s very relaxing.”
