The owners relocated the kitchen to the front of the house and started from scratch with new cabinetry and appliances. They
stained the maple cabinets to play off the original heart-pine floors and installed a clay tile backsplash to bring the color
palette together. "We bought the antique milk cans in Tennessee for $20 each to use for seating at our future kitchen island,"
says the owner.
