Bathroom space savers

An accordion-style wall in place of a door not only increases expansiveness, it also creates a light-sharing opportunity. The homeowners, who also are architects, designed a foldaway wall made of two thin layers of Panelite, a translucent aluminum honeycomb and fiberglass material, to allow their master bedroom to borrow light from the bathroom windows.
