Pretty Simple

An entryway that is as unpretentious as this one calls for an equally down-home planting scheme. Simple terra-cotta pots of geraniums, petunias, pansies, and nasturtiums fill the bill perfectly. Note that the pots are set as close as possible to the stair rail, allowing free passage up and down the steps.
