Cut hydrangea blossoms at the end of the summer and allow them to dry. Spray paint them with metallic spray paint. Here, we chose a copper color that complements gold glass ornaments. Spray painting actually stops the disintegration of the cuttings and prevents the berries or flowers from falling off.
