Dressing Room

The furniture-style vanity, topped with a countertop of old pine, is reinforced by the framed mirror hanging over it, the pair of table lamps used in place of sconces, and the stenciled floor, all contributing texture and character to the room. I like a bathroom with lots of wood, which if sealed correctly, can withstand the occasional wet footprints and basin splashes. They're warmer than a tiled room and can feel more like a dressing room.
